Refund Policy

At R3D, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, you can return items ordered from our Web Store within 14 days of receiving them. All returns will undergo inspection upon receipt.

RETURN PROCESS:

  1. Eligibility: To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition—unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Any warranty claim must be submitted via our official support page. All return requests must be made through Customer Support, and the package must be returned to our designated address. Otherwise, you may be held responsible for the lost return. Unmonitored returns may be lost. Your return request email should include:
    • The original invoice or order number.
    • The item's serial number (if applicable).
    • A brief description of the reason for the return, including clear evidence (e.g., photos, videos, log files).
  1. Customer Support: Once your return request is received, our Customer Support team will guide you through the return process.
  2. Packaging: To avoid damage during transport, please ensure all returned items are in their original box and packaging materials. Reuse the packaging your items were delivered in.
  3. Processing Time: Returns will be processed within 5 business days of receipt. Please stay in contact and check your email to ensure we receive your return. If the item is used, damaged, or missing parts, we may offer a partial refund to account for any loss in value.

 

REFUNDS:

Once a refund is issued, it may take up to 7 days to reflect in your original payment method. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. The refund will cover the value of the returned item(s), less any applicable taxes, import duties, or shipping fees, in the currency used for the original purchase.

 

SPERCIAL CONSIDERATIONS:

  1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items: If you receive an item that is damaged during shipping, defective, or not what you ordered, please return it within the return period for a replacement. For performance failures outside of the return period but within the warranty period, you may apply for our product warranty service.
  2. Product Accessories & Packaging: Please include all accessories and original packaging when returning an item. Failure to do so may result in a denial of your return.
  3. Purchases from Authorized Resellers: If you purchased your item from an authorized reseller, their return policy applies. Please contact the reseller for assistance.

 

    ORDER CANCELLATION:

    We strive to process and ship your orders quickly. If you need to cancel an order, please follow these steps:

    1. Within Two Hours: You can cancel your order within two hours of placing it by locating it in your Account Center and clicking the "Cancel" button (if available).
    2. After Two Hours:
      • In-stock items may already be processed and may no longer be cancelable.
      • Pre-sale items: If you have any questions or requirements about order cancellation before shipment, please contact Customer Support. We’ll do our best to help.
