1. Shipping Information
Free shipping is available, excluding printers and accessories. Eligibility for free shipping is based on the final paid amount, regardless of any discounts or gift cards applied.
- Our checkout currency is US Dollars (USD).
- Deliveries to remote areas may experience a delay of 1-2 days.
2. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can also track your order in the order history
section of your account center. Please note that it may take up to 72 hours for your tracking number to become active.
3. Shipping Carriers
Our primary shipping carriers are Amazon logistics, DHL Express and SF Express.
4. Shipping Restrictions
Orders can only be shipped to one address. For multiple shipping locations, separate orders are required.

5. Refused Shipments
If a shipment is refused and returned to us, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
6. Delivery & Inspection
Due to the high value of our printers, we recommend keeping track of the delivery schedule. If you will not be home during the expected delivery time, please contact the courier to arrange a convenient time. Once you or someone else receives the package, this will be considered as acceptance of the delivery.
For added protection, we recommend recording an unboxing video. If there is any visible damage or missing items, contact our Customer Support within 24 hours to address the issue immediately.

1. Eligibility: To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition—unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Any warranty claim must be submitted via our official support page. All return requests must be made through Customer Support, and the package must be returned to our designated address. Otherwise, you may be held responsible for the lost return. Unmonitored returns may be lost. Your return request email should include:
- The original invoice or order number.
- The item's serial number (if applicable).
- A brief description of the reason for the return, including clear evidence (e.g., photos, videos, log files).
2. Customer Support: Once your return request is received, our Customer Support team will guide you through the return process.
3. Packaging: To avoid damage during transport, please ensure all returned items are in their original box and packaging materials. Reuse the packaging your items were delivered in.
4. Processing Time: Returns will be processed within 5 business days of receipt. Please stay in contact and check your email to ensure we receive your return. If the item is used, damaged, or missing parts, we may offer a partial refund to account for any loss in value.

Your Questions, Answered.Sometimes tracking information may show "delivered" prematurely. The package should arrive within a few days. Please check with neighbors or the shipping carrier. If the package doesn't arrive within a couple of days, contact Customer Support within 3 days of the last tracking update, providing your order number and tracking details.
Domestic orders typically arrive in 3-7 business days, while international orders may take 10-21 business days. Please note that business days exclude weekends and holidays. If your package is delayed, we suggest contacting the shipping carrier first. For extended delays, reach out to Customer Support.
