Shipping Information
- Free shipping is available, excluding printers and accessories. Eligibility for free shipping is based on the final paid amount, regardless of any discounts or gift cards applied.
- Our checkout currency is US Dollars (USD).
- Deliveries to remote areas may experience a delay of 1-2 days.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can also track your order in the order history section of your account center. Please note that it may take up to 72 hours for your tracking number to become active.
Shipping Carriers
Our primary shipping carriers are Amazon logistics, DHL Express and SF Express.
Shipping Restrictions
- Orders can only be shipped to one address. For multiple shipping locations, separate orders are required.
- We currently ship to US, Canada, Europe, UK, Japan, China, China Taiwan and United Arab Emirates
Refused Shipments
If a shipment is refused and returned to us, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Delivery & Inspection
Due to the high value of our printers, we recommend keeping track of the delivery schedule. If you will not be home during the expected delivery time, please contact the courier to arrange a convenient time. Once you or someone else receives the package, this will be considered as acceptance of the delivery.
For added protection, we recommend recording an unboxing video. If there is any visible damage or missing items, contact our Customer Support within 24 hours to address the issue immediately.
